In two hands-on weeks, your child goes from beginner to builder — coding, robots, and real projects they design themselves.
The Young African STEM Innovator Program is a two-week bootcamp built for curious 11–16 year olds. No prior experience needed — just energy and ideas.
Students don't just watch. They code, they wire up robots, they solve problems in teams, and by Demo Day they present a real working project to parents and sponsors.
Each track is practical and project-driven — skills they can actually use.
Start with Scratch, build apps in MIT App Inventor, then take first steps into Python.
Build robots, then bring them to life with sensors and motors that respond to the world.
Design thinking and problem-solving — learning to turn a simple idea into a real solution.
Work in teams to build a real-world project, refine it, and present it on Demo Day.
A rhythm of learning, making, and creating — with plenty of breaks.
Settle in and revisit yesterday's wins.
The day's new concept, taught hands-on.
Recharge and play.
Build it for real — code, wire, test.
Fuel up together.
Push the team project forward.
Moments from previous YASIP bootcamps — from first lines of code to Demo Day awards.
